FatFlow is a wellness and educational application designed to help users better understand meal timing patterns and metabolic awareness.

FatFlow is intended for educational and general wellness purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information Stored on Your Device

FatFlow is designed to be privacy-first.

Information entered into FatFlow, including meal logs, drink logs, activity logs, recurring entries, preferences, settings, reminders, and app history, is stored locally on the user's device.

FatFlow developers do not receive, store, or have access to this locally stored information.

Analytics

FatFlow uses Google Analytics to collect limited anonymous information about how the app is used.

This may include:

  • App launches and screen views
  • General feature interactions
  • Device type and operating system
  • App language and screen size
  • Session and engagement information
  • An anonymous analytics identifier
  • General geographic information derived from network data

This information is used only to understand app usage, improve features, and measure the app's overall performance and reach.

The analytics information is not linked by FatFlow to a user's name, email address, Apple ID, meal logs, health-related entries, or other personally identifying information.

FatFlow does not use analytics information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Google processes analytics information according to its own privacy policies and data-retention practices.

Information FatFlow Does Not Collect

FatFlow does not automatically collect or transmit:

  • Meal, drink, or activity logs
  • Personal health or medical records
  • Financial information
  • Precise location
  • Contacts
  • Messages
  • Photos or videos
  • Backup files
  • Advertising identifiers

Data Storage and Retention

User-entered information remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, the application is uninstalled, app storage is cleared, or the data is replaced through a restore operation.

Anonymous analytics information may be retained by Google according to Google Analytics retention policies.

Backup Files

FatFlow allows users to create optional backup files.

Backup files are created only when initiated by the user and are stored in a location selected by the user, such as local device storage or a cloud-storage service chosen by the user.

FatFlow developers do not receive, store, manage, or have access to user backup files.

Users are responsible for managing, securing, and deleting backup files they create.

Data Deletion

Users may delete their FatFlow information at any time by:

  • Using available in-app reset or data-clearing features
  • Clearing the application's storage through device settings
  • Uninstalling the application

Users who create exported backup files are responsible for deleting those files from their selected storage location.

Data Security

FatFlow uses secure and encrypted connections where applicable.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

FatFlow is not specifically directed toward children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
